TIM YEO MP AND SSE TO JOIN SOUTH SUFFOLK UPDATE MEETING

South Suffolk MP Tim Yeo and Stop Stansted Expansion Chairman Peter Sanders will be amongst the speakers at an update meeting to be held by the South Suffolk Air Traffic Action Group (SSATAG) to be held at Stoke by Nayland Golf Club on 27 September at 7.30pm. The meeting is expected to attract significant local interest as it will report back on the investigations which SSATAG and their allies have been making over recent months into the problem of overflying in the South Suffolk area.

The meeting will also include news on the progress of the campaign against the expansion of Stansted Airport and feedback following a recent visit to NATS - the organization responsible for controlling airspace - attended by SSATAG members following the intervention of Mr Yeo. A representative from Suffolk County Council is also expected to be present.
