WHY I LOVE WHERE I LIVE

I love my house
It has been here for 500 years
I love my garden
I like to play and ride my bike in it and chase my sisters with a big water pistol
I love the view from my bedroom window
I like to see bats flying around the church spire
I love the walk to my school
I like to stand on the old tree stump and run down the hill
I love my village
Because everyone is so friendly
When it snows, I love to sledge on the hills
In the Summer I love to go for bike rides with my Dad in the country lanes
I love to hear the birds that wake me up in the Spring
I love to collect conkers in the Autumn
I hate the idea of a bigger airport because it will spoil all the beautiful countryside.
I don't want to move house because I love it here
I want to fight to keep it how it is
